Event and stage video

Event video captures the brand at its most visible. The production scale varies by event, but the standard is the same: Every frame should reflect the confidence, clarity, and credibility of the Pioneer Coach.

General guidelines

Buffini Coaching LIVE (BCL)

BCL is a broadcast-first event produced in a purpose-built studio environment. The live broadcast and replay are the primary outputs. Treat every shot as if it will be seen by the full audience. Production values should be high and consistent throughout.

Peak Experience

Peak is produced for the people in the room. Replay video is the primary post-event output. Capture the energy and intimacy of the event: the setting, the moments between sessions, the relationships being built. B-roll should reflect the specific environment and feel of each event rather than a generic conference look.

Session replays

Session replay capture is handled by the designated on-site Media Manager, typically a member of the video team. Coordinate in advance to ensure coverage, handoff, and delivery requirements are clear before the event.

Social highlight clips

All major events should yield social-ready highlight clips. Keep them short, specific, and built around a single moment or idea. They should feel like a reason to attend next time, not a summary of what happened.

Across all event video

Prioritize clean audio above everything. Capture wide establishing shots for context and tight shots for emotion. Avoid handheld movement unless it serves the moment. Use current brand lockups and lower thirds consistently across all event types.
