Positioning

The Buffini logo should be placed consistently and intentionally to reinforce recognition and stability across materials. It should feel anchored and unobtrusive, supporting the content rather than competing with it. The logo serves as a signature, not a focal point. Consistent placement creates a predictable rhythm, making the brand easier to recognize and trust.

General guidelines

Maintain consistent placement

Keep the logo in a predictable position to reinforce recognition.

Align with layout structure

Position the logo in alignment with margins and grid systems for a clean, organized appearance. Use balanced proportions.

Align cap height or baseline of logotype to margins

If that placement is not practical, maintain a clear sense of structure and alignment within the overall layout.

Letter

Vertical

Center the logo when appropriate. An example would be a vertical branded wayfinding signage.

Horizontal banner

At maximum size, the logo above still maintains its minimum clear space.

Square

Partnership logo lockups

When displaying with a partner logo, separate with a hairline, and use at least the minimum clearspace between the hairline and the logo.

Make both logos fully white when reversed so that neither stands out from the other.

Clear space/minimum size

Clear space around the Buffini logo ensures it remains legible, distinct, and visually respected across all applications. This space acts as a buffer, preventing surrounding elements from crowding or competing with the logo.

Minimum clear space equals 1/2 of the height of logomark.

Please use generous clearspace around the logo when possible. Minimum clear space for the logo is one half the height/width of the logo mark. The logo mark is in most cases the same height/width as the page margin.

Minimum size

Print: .75 inches length @300 ppiWeb: 72px width
