Training and coaching content
Training and coaching video delivers the Buffini methodology directly to Members and partner employees. Production does not need to be elaborate, but it does need to be clean. Shaky footage, poor audio, and cluttered backgrounds undermine the credibility of the content being taught. Every video should feel like it comes from someone who has done the work and knows it well.
General guidelines
Tone and approach
Direct and practical. This is instruction, not inspiration. The viewer is here to learn something specific. Respect their time, get to the point, and make the next step obvious. Warm professionalism throughout.
Format
Most training content combines a talking head with supporting graphics or on-screen text. Keep the presenter framing clean and consistent: well-lit, stable, with a background that does not compete with the message. Graphics should follow brand standards for typography and color.
Role-play content
This content demonstrates the methodology in action. Whether shot with real people or produced using AI-generated video, the scenario should feel believable, the language should sound human, and the interaction should model the Work by Referral approach accurately.
AI-created videos
Videos must be labeled as such. Buffini is transparent about the tools we use. All AI-generated video content must also be reviewed for brand voice before publishing. If it sounds generated, rewrite it.
Length
Let the topic determine the length. Do not pad. Do not rush. If a concept takes nine minutes to teach clearly, take nine minutes. If it can be taught in two minutes, stop at two.
Branding
Use current logo lockups, lower thirds, and graphic templates consistently. Training content lives behind a login but represents the brand to Members and partners. Treat it accordingly.
